As a part of efforts in achieving complete clients satisfaction, the Company has invested in ISO 9001:2000 Quality Management System which was issued by Lloyd’s Register of Quality Assurance in 2008.
The Company wants to join forces with another large player in order to take full advantage of the newly created legal framework for real estate development in Serbia following the enactment of the new Law on Spatial Planning and Construction which creates a fast track and simplified building permission issuance procedure. The Law also allows, for the first time after 50 years, private ownership on the urban construction land, which will, in turn, enable a much more flexible real estate development financing than ever before.

Local authorities will stimulate affordable residential development by offering chip land schemes to developers (20 000 dwellings in Belgrade alone). The Government also proposes to launch a new residential mortgages subsidised scheme for the purchase of newly constructed apartments for 3 years offering interest-free loans until October 2012.
